Tax and Estate Planning

Tax planning is often an overlooked part of financial planning.  As part of our planning process, we meet with our clients on a regular basis to explore ethical and legal ways to create more tax efficiency for you today or set you up to be more tax efficient in the future.

We also work with qualified CPAs and tax professionals in the area.  We can coordinate meetings as needed or simply refer you to one we know and trust.  We do not receive referral fees for this.  We simply see it as an important part of your plan to stay up-to-date and informed on tax changes and how to help our clients make the most of their tax situation.

Estate planning is also an area many individuals overlook.  Many individuals work their entire lives to create an estate, but never execute the important legal documents necessary to ensure their legacy goes to the people and organizations they want it to go to.

We have relationships with local estate planning attorneys and professional trustees.  We can refer you to one or coordinate an appointment to help get the ball rolling.

We are not lawyers and do not write legal documents or practice law.  However, we are familiar with estate planning concepts and the financial implications associated with estate planning.  We can help explain complex estate planning concepts in terms you can understand so you can be educated and informed when it comes time for you to execute your legal documents.
